PURPOSE: A wireless internet sharer and internet usage rate measurement method using the same are provided to extend a moving range of a wireless internet user by reducing the restriction of internet usage. CONSTITUTION: An connecting unit(110) contacts to a terminal which is able to use a wireless communication service. A terminal information confirmation unit(120) confirms the information of the terminal. An internet usage measurement unit(130) measures data transmission and reception rates or the internet connection time of the terminal. A communication unit(140) connects the terminal connected with the connecting unit with the Internet and transmits information acquired from the internet usage measurement unit and the terminal information confirmation unit to a communication service provider.
