PURPOSE: A vehicle body moving cart is provided to be applied to various vehicle bodies through composing a pin clamper and a support frame capable of being moved freely according to the shape and size of a vehicle.;CONSTITUTION: A vehicle body moving cart comprises a base frame(10), a first moving unit(20), a second moving unit(30), a lifting unit(40), a pin clamper(60), and a support frame(70). A first sliding plate(21) is reciprocated to the front side from the rear side of the base frame by the first moving unit. A second sliding plate is reciprocated to the front side from the rear side of the base frame by the second moving unit connected to the first moving unit. The lifting unit is connected to the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate and reciprocates the upper side and lower side of the base frame. The pin clamper restricts the side portion of a vehicle through being installed in the case(51) of the lifting unit.
