POLYPYRROLE NANO TUBE MANUFACTURING METHOD USING AUTORADIOGRAPHY AND VAPOR DEPOSITION POLYMERIZATION CAPABLE OF REDUCING ELECTRIC RESISTANCE AND THEIR APPLICATION AS A CHEMICAL SENSOR FOR DIAGNOSING HIGH SENSIBILITY AMMONIA
PURPOSE: A polypyrrole nano tube manufacturing method using autoradiography and vapor deposition polymerization and their application as a high sensibility chemical sensor for diagnosing ammonia are provided to obtain a high sensibility chemical sensor for diagnosing ammonia by inducing an alignment because a magnetic field is formed on a sensor device medium where polypyrrole nano tubes are gathered.;CONSTITUTION: A chemical sensor manufacturing method is as follows. Aligned polymethyl methacrylate nano fiber is formed aligned by a magnetic field formed around a sensor electrode substrate through electric radiation of polymethyl methacrylate/metallic ion mixed solution. Polymethyl methacrylate/polypyrrole coaxial nanofiber and a polypyrrole nanotube are manufactured using the polymethyl methacrylate nano fiber by a deposition polymerization method of conductive polymer monomer. A detection member for detecting electrical characteristic change of a sensor is obtained by using the polypyrrole nanotube aligned on the sensor electrode substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
