PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling the injection of alloy iron are provided to reduce the time for weighing for injection of alloy iron and thereby improve the productivity of steel.;CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling the injection of alloy iron comprises one or more high level hoppers(120), one or more vibrating feeders(130), a vibrating feeder driving part(110), a weighing hopper(140), and a work controller. The vibrating feeders vibrate alloy iron in the high level hoppers to discharge the alloy iron. The vibrating feeder driving part vibrates the vibrating feeders. The weighing hopper receives the alloy iron discharged from the high level hoppers and detects the weight of each alloy iron. The work controller controls a secondary refining process in order and, when an alloy iron injection process is set, controls the vibrating feeder driving part to vibrate the vibrating feeders in the first stage of the secondary refining process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
