PURPOSE: Visual discomfort measuring system and method using a stereoscopic image system, and a recording medium including a program for measuring the visual discomfort are provided to precisely evaluate the view stability of a 3D stereoscopic image. CONSTITUTION: A visual discomfort measuring system comprises the following: a shot boundary detector(102) performing the shot boundary detection of an input stereoscopic video; a motion feature extractor(104) extracting the motion feature of a divided shot from each frame; a visual discomfort level calculator(106) calculating the visual discomfort level from each frame by the extracted motion feature; and a visual discomfort level collector(110) combining the calculated visual discomfort level from the shot.
