PURPOSE: A ubiquitous-based multifunctional floating island is provided to easily remove nutrient and to suppress the increase of algae due to solar protection.;CONSTITUTION: A ubiquitous-based multifunctional floating island comprises: a floater(10) formed of synthetic resin materials; a plant part(20) which is formed on the floater and is used for planting plants for water purification; a water quality sensor(30) for measuring water quality in the lake; a water level sensor(40) for measuring the water level of the lake; a nonutility generator(50) for generating inner kinetic energy; a propeller(60) for moving the floater; a wireless transceiver(70) for transmitting data measured from the water quality sensor and water level sensor; and a control unit(80) which is controlled by control signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
