PURPOSE: A gathering method of WiFi AP information and wireless network RF information in a building using a sensor and determining the position method in a building using information are provided to collect RF information of information of a wireless LAN and a mobile radio communications network. CONSTITUTION: A building collecting wireless LAN access point information is selected. An in-building wireless LAN AP measurement application in a measurement start location is operated. A reference position for measurement of the measurement application is determined. As a measurement of the measurement application starts, present position information, information of AP and RF information of mobile radio communications network are collected and then transmitted to a collection server.
