PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a molecular imprinting gas sensor for sensing xylene is provided to easily form a thin film sensing layer of a molecular imprinting polymer layer nanometer thickness and to easily sense xylene.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a molecular imprinting gas sensor for sensing xylene is as follows. A metal layer is evaporated in a first substrate. MIP(Molecularly Imprinted Polymer) solution in which a xylene template, a functional monomer, a cross-linker, and a radical initiator are mixed is spread on the metal layer. A second substrate is placed on the MIP solution. The cross linker and functional monomer are solidified by irradiating radiation on the second substrate so that a molecular imprinting polymer layer where a xylene molecular imprinting space is formed. The second substrate is eliminated. The molecular imprinting polymer layer where the xylene molecular imprinting space is formed is a thin film sensing layer sensing the xylene.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
