PURPOSE: A coating rubber composition is provided to have excellent ozone-proofness, especially in highly strained state, and to be able to form a coating rubber layer with excellent rubber strength, elongation, damping performance, etc.;CONSTITUTION: A coating rubber composition uses two kinds of rubber as rubber components which are halogenated butyl rubber, and ethylene-propylene-diene copolymerized rubber, and mixed with surface-treated calcium carbonate. The surface-treated calcium carbonate is calcium carbonated surface treated by one or more kinds selected from a group comprising rosin acid, and fatty acid. The vibration isolation and dust separation device comprises a rubber element(4) consisting of highly damping rubber, and is manufactured by coating exposed surface of the rubber element by a coating rubber layer(5) comprising the coating rubber composition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
