PURPOSE: A small circuit breaker with quick making mechanism is provided to accelerate the rotation speed of a movable contact.;CONSTITUTION: A quick making mechanism lever(12) has a contact surface(12b) which pressurizes a handle link in order to accelerate the movement to the open circuit location or the closed circuit location of a movable contact. The contact surface is comprised of guide groove parts(12ba,12bb) formed long in the longitudinal direction of the quick making mechanism lever.
