PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an optical fiber sensor and a temperature detecting apparatus using the optical fiber sensor are provided to improve the efficiency of an optical fiber sensor by inserting an optical device between multi-mode optical fibers.;CONSTITUTION: An optical output unit(60) is composed of an LED, which includes a reference channel(63) and a measurement channel(65) and creates an optical signal. An optical signal division unit(70), which comprises an X-type first spectrum part(73) and a Y-type second spectrum part(75), divides the optical signal transmitted from the optical output unit. An optical fiber sensor unit(50) is connected to an optical signal connection part of the optical signal division unit for detecting optical signals.
