WEBBING WINDING APPARATUS, CAPABLE OF DIRECTLY MEASURING A CLEARANCE BETWEEN RATCHET SAWTOOTH AND LOCK SAWTOOTH FROM A FRONT SIDE

PURPOSE: A webbing winding apparatus is provided to directly measure a clearance between the ratchet sawtooth of a lock gear and the lock sawtooth of a lock plate as cut-out portions are oppositely placed to an opening in the axial direction of a winding shaft.;CONSTITUTION: A webbing winding apparatus(10) comprises a winding shaft(18), a lock mechanism, leg plates(16), and a frame(12). The lock mechanism comprises a lock gear(68), and a lock plate(66). The lock gear is placed at one end in an axial direction of the winding shaft. The lock gear comprises ratchet sawtooth. The lock sawtooth of the lock plate is locked to the ratchet sawtooth. If the lock sawtooth is locked to the ratchet sawtooth, the lock mechanism restricts the rotation of the webbing pull out direction of the winding shaft. A pair of the leg plates is oppositely placed to the axial direction of the winding shaft at both sides. The opening of the frame is perforated at an opposite position to the axial direction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
