PURPOSE: A fluorescent nano-particles using lanthanide metal complex and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance biocompatibility and fluorescence intensity.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of A fluorescent nano-particles using lanthanide metal complex comprises the following steps: a step of coating biopolymer(120) on mesoporous silica nanoparticles(110) surface; and a step of manufacturing fluorescent nanoparticles(140) by combining lanthanide metal complex(130) to the coated biopolymer. The fluorescence nano-particle is manufactured by the manufacturing method, and is formed by combining mesoporous silica nano-particle coated by biopolymer with biopolymer and lanthanide metal complex.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
