PURPOSE: An offshore structure for LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) is provided to effectively reduce a sloshing phenomenon of LNG generating in a storage tank by coupling a floating body and the storage tank to enable a relative motion.;CONSTITUTION: An offshore structure for LNG comprises a floating body(10) and a storage tank(30). The storage tank stores LNG and is coupled with the floating body to enable a relative motion. Additionally, multiple dampers(51,52,53,54) are interposed between the floating body and the storage tank. Both ends of the dampers are respectively coupled to the floating body and the storage tank. If working fluid flows into actuating chambers formed inside the dampers, the dampers are stretched. If the working fluid is discharged from the actuating chambers, the dampers are contracted. The actuating chambers of each damper are interconnected by a connection line.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
