MANUFACTURING METHOD OF JOINTLESS BANDS CAPABLE OF MANUFACTURING JOINTLESS BANDS BY CUTTING FLY MATERIALS IN NARROW SIZES

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of jointless bands is provided to shortening manufacturing time by reducing adjustment amount of a floating knife movement on a rear Cameron while a joint part is passing through.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of jointless bands comprises the following steps: slitting the cameron in upper stream of a continuum up to front part of a joint part by using a floating knife which can move in width direction(S1); adjusting location of the floating knife; locking the floating knife at the location; moving the floating knife up to downstream of the cameron over the joint part of the continuum in order to slit(S9); slitting by unlocking the floating knife in order to check actual cutting size; detecting width of the jointless bands by using a detection tool; adjusting location of the floating knife based on the detection information of the detection tool; and cutting the cameron into the jointless bands by using the floating knife.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
