MULTICAST DATA RECEPTION METHOD, SYSTEM, AND PORTABLE TERMINAL THEREOF CAPABLE OF RECEIVING MULTICAST DATA IN A MOBILITY SUPPORTING STRUCTURE BASED ON TUNNELING

PURPOSE: A multicast data reception method, system, and portable terminal thereof are provided to minimize loads in a system by receiving multicast data through a visiting network without using an existed tunnel.;CONSTITUTION: In case transmission packets of a portable terminal(200) in heterogeneous visit networks is a channel reception request message, a system(100) transmits the channel reception request message to the heterogeneous visit networks by changing a path. The system receives multicast data through an IP(Internet Protocol) network. In case the transmission packet is not the channel reception request message, the system guarantees the mobility of a portable terminal by transmitting the transmission packets to a current visiting network address.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
