PURPOSE: A device for matching colors between heterogeneous image devices and a method thereof are provided to supply an image of the same color between a color input/output device used for all processes.;CONSTITUTION: A color converting unit(160) converts all colors into colors corresponding to the gamut of an image output device. All colors correspond to the gamut of an image photographing device. A lookup table generating unit(180) generates a lookup table between the image photographing device and an image output device based on color conversion information corresponding to the gamut of the image photographing device.
