PURPOSE: An ATM(Auto Teller Machine) of a financial trading system using a mobile communication network is provided to prevent the copy of a card and unjustifiable usage without directly providing card information to an ATM. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(240) receives ATM ID(Identity) information or trading information from an ATM. An ATM authentication unit(210) authenticates the ATM based on the ATM ID information. A trading ID information creation unit created ID information based on the ATM ID information and the trading information. A financial transaction processing unit(230) transmits the trading information to a portable terminal.
