PURPOSE: A trunnion shaft of a slag port for steelmaking, a manufacturing method thereof, and a slag port manufactured using the same are provided to prevent over-carburization and thermal fusion of a slag port by forming an anti-carburization layer on the insertion part and a metal ceramic layer on the anti-carburization layer. CONSTITUTION: A trunnion shaft of a slag port for steelmaking comprises an insertion part(3), a hanging part(4), an anti-carburization layer(9), and a metal ceramic layer(10). The insertion part is inserted into a side mounting part formed on both right and left sides of a port body. The hanging part is formed on the other side of the insertion part and protrudes outward from the side mounting part. The anti-carburization layer is formed on the outer periphery of the insertion part by coating an anti-carburizing agent first to a specific thickness, where the anti-carburizing agent is prepared y mixing one or more selected among nickel, chrome, molybdenum, and vanadium. The metal ceramic layer is formed in the outer circumference of the anti-cementation layer.
