PURPOSE: A purified poloxamer and a purification process thereof are provided to increase molecular weight increase effect through a reaction with a chain extender.;CONSTITUTION: A purification process of poloxamer comprises the following steps: a step of obtaining a macromolecular solution by melting the poloxamer in an organic solvent; and a step of eliminating the organic metal or moisture from the macromolecular solution in a physical method. The physical method in the eliminating step is a mixing method of activated charcoal in the macromolecular solution and/or a centrifugal method for the macromolecular solution.
