PURPOSE: A specific core system of a building and a construction method thereof are provided to improve construction efficiency by coupling a pair of support members and a core member to each other without a form.;CONSTITUTION: A specific core system(1) of a building(B) comprises a pair of support members(10), a core member(20), and multiple coupling members(30). The support members face each other. The core member is formed by placing concrete in the space between the support members.
