PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of environmentally-friendly construction material using effective microorganisms and ferronickel slag are provided to uniformly form silicon carbide layer which is formed on the graphite material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of environmentally-friendly construction material using effective microorganisms comprises the following steps: collecting ferronickel slag; desiccating the ferronickel slag using a drier for predetermined time until the percentage of water content becomes 5.0% or less; pulverizing the desiccated ferronickel slag into pieces having particle sizes 70-270 mesh using a grinder; and mixing the diluted solution of the effective microorganism undiluted solution with the pulverized ferronickel slag. The drier is a cylindrical shaped rotator which generates higher than 100 deg. Celsius hot air. The diluted solution of the effective microorganism undiluted solution includes water and the effective microorganism undiluted solution at a weight ratio 1:400-1:1000.
