FLUIDIZED BED BOILER TO IMPROVE THE COOLING EFFICIENCY OF COMBUSTION GAS AND REDUCE INSTALLATION SPACE

PURPOSE: A fluidized bed boiler is provided to improve durability of the boiler by minimizing the effect of corrosive components in the alkali salt of combustion gas and chlorine components of RDF(Refuse Derived Fuel) of domestic waste.;CONSTITUTION: A fluidized bed boiler(100) comprises a fuel feeding unit(12), a combustion furnace(10), a cyclone(20), a loop seal(60), and a boiler(30). The fuel feeding unit supplies RDF of domestic waste through the air. The combustion furnace burns the RDF of domestic waste. The cyclone divides combustion gas and particles generated through combustion and collects the particles. The loop seal is connected to the cyclone and the combustion furnace. The boiler is connected to the cyclone and generates vapor by boiling the water by using the combustion gas exhausted from the cyclone.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
