PURPOSE: An electronic type watt-hour-meter having a burning prevention function is provided to prevent the burning of facilities or the generation of a secondary fire by informing a user a mysterious symptom.;CONSTITUTION: An electronic type watt-hour-meter comprises a voltage detector(310), a current detector(320), a terminal voltage detector(330), a terminal temperature detector(340), and a main circuit(350). The voltage detector detects a voltage between a power source and load. The current detector detects current between the power source and the load. The terminal voltage detector detects a voltage drop value indicated in a terminal between the power source and the load. The terminal voltage detector detects temperature indicated on a conductor interlinking the terminal between the power source and the load. The main circuit receives a value detected by the detectors and changes the value into digital data.
