PURPOSE: A customized content providing system and method thereof are provided to transmit customized content to a user through a broadcast terminal by selecting the customized content through the watching information and portable terminal information.;CONSTITUTION: A content reprocessing unit(230) searches content related to broadcast content watched by a user by using the watching information of the user. The content reprocessing unit selects customized content satisfied with the portable terminal information of the user. A content transmission and reception unit(210) transmits the watching information of the user the portable terminal information to the content reprocessing unit.
