PURPOSE: An application service providing method using life, failure, and health category information and apparatus thereof are provided to offer application services related to classification information to a user terminal by systematizing the life, the failure, and the health category information. CONSTITUTION: A data reception unit(210) receives first data including one or more classification information from a user terminal. A service provider management unit(220) extracts a service provider which provides services corresponding to the first data from a database(290). An intervention information management unit(230) transmits and creates intervention information corresponding to the service. An application service management unit(240) receives the service data of the service provider.
