SEMANTIC INFORMATION EXTRACTION METHOD OF A COMPLEX SENTENCE WHICH INCLUDES NATURAL LANGUAGE AND METHEMATICAL FORMULA, AN APPARATUS FOR THE SAME, AND A ROCORDING MEDIA

PURPOSE: A semantic information extracting method, an apparatus for the same, and a recording media are provided to extract operation information of a complex sentence by automatically extracting semantic information from a mathematical problem consisting of natural language and standardized mathematical formula.;CONSTITUTION: A separation unit(120) separates a complex sentence including natural language and mathematical formula into the natural language and the mathematical formula. A natural language processing unit(130) creates natural language token by tokenizing the natural language. A mathematical formula processing unit(140) parses the mathematical formula and extracts a semantic means and creates mathematical token. A rule storing unit(170) stores a rule combining a logical condition of the natural language and the mathematical formula, and operation information corresponding to the logical condition. An operation extracting unit(150) compares the natural language and the mathematical token with the logical condition of the rule and extracts the operation information of the complex sentence from the rule.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
