PURPOSE: A block management system and ship block transporter work allocation method thereof are provided to effectively allocate works to transporters which transfer blocks through a block management system which manages blocks.;CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(12) transmits and receives block transfer related information. A control unit(11) grasps the physical loading/unloading restriction of a block transport related work. The control unit selects flexible works from the physical loading/unloading restriction. The control unit gives penalty points by reflecting a follow-up work interlocked with the selected work.
