PURPOSE: A geographical/environmental information supplying system and a method thereof are provided to recognize a user location in a space where a GPS is not received and to supply a service based on the user location. CONSTITUTION: A geographical/environmental information supplying server(300) recognizes a user location on a first network. A user smart phone(200) receives user location information from geographical/environmental information supplying server on a second network. A geographical supplying server(100) receives a user location from the user smart phone. The geographical supplying server transmits a geographical information service to the user smart phone.
