PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a gas barrier film is provided to consist of simple processes, to able to variably control gas barrier property by moderately controlling process conditions, and to able to increase process efficiency, and to reduce production cost.;CONSTITUTION: A gas barrier film(100) comprises a plastic film(101), an inorganic layer(102) in which water-repellent particle dispersion is impregnated, evaporated on the plastic film; a water-repellent layer formed on the water-repellent particle dispersion and the inorganic layer; and a barrier layer(104) evaporated on the water-repellent layer(104). A manufacturing method of a gas barrier film comprises a step of forming a base film by evaporating inorganic layer on a plastic film; a step of impregnating water repellent dispersion on the base film; and a step of forming water-repellent layer on the base film; and a step of forming barrier layer through vacuum evaporation on the water-repellent layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
