PURPOSE: A hydraulic lifting device capable of controlling velocity is provided to control ascent velocity by applying a flow control regulator and to control descent velocity by applying a throttle valve.;CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic lifting device(100) capable of controlling velocity comprises a switch(130), a pump, a flow control regulator(110), a hydraulic tank, a throttle valve(120), and a cylinder(111). The switch comprises an ascent button and a decent button inputted command of users. When the ascent button of the switch is pressed, the pump is operated to apply hydraulic pressure to the cylinder. The flow control regulator is located in a hydraulic moving path between the pump and the cylinder to control hydraulic pressure amount moving to the cylinder. When the descent button of the switch is pressed, the hydraulic tank is operated to accommodate the hydraulic pressure of the cylinder. The throttle valve is located in the hydraulic moving path between the hydraulic tank and the cylinder to control the hydraulic pressure amount moving from the cylinder to the hydraulic tank. The cylinder is sealed by the hydraulic pressure applied from the pump or is contracted by delivering the hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic tank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
