PURPOSE: A stacking type automatic hydroponic culture system including a flow channel is provided to enable users to prevent roots of crops planted in the system from decomposing. CONSTITUTION: A stacking type automatic hydroponic culture system comprises the following: a culture solution tank(110) for storing and collecting a culture solution, and including a bed supporter(120) and wheels; the bed supporter capable of installing LEDs, mounted on the culture solution tank or beds(130) for fixing the beds; the beds receiving the culture solution from a supply end, adjusting the water level of the culture solution along to a flow channel divider, and discharging the culture solution to a discharging end; a hole frame(133) for mounting pots, covering the beds from the upper side; a pump(150) supplying the culture solution to the upmost bed from the culture solution tank; a supply pipe(160) supplying the culture solution to a supply end of the upmost bed from the pump; a discharging pipe(170) supplying the culture solution to the beds on the bottom or the culture solution tank; and a flow channel formed among a flow channel separator on the bottom of the system.
