PURPOSE: An anti-cancer composition containing Ruditapes philippinarum hydrolysate is provided to be safely used in pharmaceutical and health products without toxicity and side effect.;CONSTITUTION: An anti-cancer composition contains peptides isolated from Ruditapes philippinarum hydrolysate as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the hydrolysate comprises: a step of dissolving freeze-dried Ruditapes philippinarum in a buffer solution; a step of adding hydrolysate to the solution; a step of heating the hydrolysate in hot water; and a step of filtering, concentrating, and drying the hydrolysate.
