PURPOSE: A primer and a method for diagnosing Erwinia pyrifoliae are provided to distinguish the disease from similar diseases and to quickly and accurately detect the disease.;CONSTITUTION: A primer for diagnosing Erwinia pyrifoliae contains: a combination of nucleic acid fragments of sequence numbers 1 and 2; a combination of nucleic acid fragments of sequence numbers 3 and 4; or a combination of nucleic acid fragments of sequence numbers 5 and 6.
