2-PHASE FLOW INDUCING TYPE MBR SYSTEM HAVING SUBMERGED MEMBRANE MODULE

PURPOSE: A two-phase flow inducing type submerged membrane bio-reactor(MBR) is provided to maximize the washing effect of air by effectively transferring shearing force generated from the air. CONSTITUTION: A two-phase flow inducing type submerged membrane bio-reactor includes a reactor, a pipe member(200), submerged membrane modules, a nozzle unit, and a sucking pump. The pipe member is installed to be submerged in sewage contained in the reactor. The pipe member includes a plurality of conduit cells which is divided by a grid type partition(211). The submerged membrane modules are parallelly arranged at the conduit cells. Hollow fiber membranes are arranged in the submerged membrane modules. The nozzle unit is installed at the lower side of the pipe member. The nozzle unit supplies air to each module. The sucking pump is in connection with the upper side of the pipe member and extracts filtered water through the conduit cells.
