PURPOSE: A third rail current collector for light rail transit is provided to prevent an arc and damage due o the change of a gap formed through the vibration of a collector shoe by securely maintaining bonding between a metal bracket and a carbon collector shoe.;CONSTITUTION: A base member(10) is combined with a vehicle. A pedal is securely combined with the base member. A collector shoe(32) is combined with the pedal. A fixing bracket is inserted between the collector shoe and the pedal. A wire supplies power energy provided to the collector shoe to the vehicle. The base member applies pressure preset by a hydraulic cylinder and an elastic member to the collector shoe. The collector shoe contacts a feeing line while maintaining certain contact force. A connection part is formed in order to have a certain gap wit a connection arm(20) of pedals at one end of the base member.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
