PURPOSE: A system, an apparatus, and a method for collecting polluted air are provided to collect the evidence of air pollution by monitoring the polluted state of air containing gaseous pollutants in real time.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for collecting polluted air includes a polluted air detecting part(120), an air collecting part(130), a communicating part(150), and a data storing part(160). The polluted air detecting part monitors the polluted state of air from a specific region. The air collecting part collets and stores a part of the air. A controlling part(110) compares data from the monitored polluted state of the air with a pre-set critical value. If the data is more than or equal to the critical value, the air collecting part is controlled to collect a part of the air. The communicating part transfers the data to outside.
