PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring airborne microorganisms in real-time is provided to ensure cheap, safe, and automatic measurement. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring airborne microorganisms in real-time by a microorganism dissolution system and ATP illuminescence comprises: a particle classifying device(10) for collecting the airborne microorganisms, on which ATP illuminant agent; the microorganism dissolution system(20) for dissolving the microorganisms and extracting ATP(adenosine triphosphate); and a light receiving device(30) for detecting light generated by reaction of ATP with the ATP illuminant agent. The particle classifying device comprises an trostatic precipitator, an inertial impactor, a cyclone, or a centrifuge.
