PURPOSE: A roadside service request management method is provided to offer location information using a GPS(Global Positioning System) reception apparatus of a smart phone by enabling a client to submit a roadside service request using a mobile website or a mobile application.;CONSTITUTION: A server converts a web page related to a mobile website(104) by responding to a website request received from a mobile apparatus(102). The server confirms the validity of a user name and password received from the mobile apparatus(106). The server allows a user to access to options which are used by clients(110).
