PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of porous reaction-sintered silicon nitride having a near-net shape, a manufacturing method thereof, and pre-sintered silicon-mixed powder used for the same are provided to apply to pressing molding technologies by having high yield strength.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of porous reaction-sintered silicon nitride having a near-net shape comprises the following steps: granulating raw materials which include silicon and sintering gradient materials; and pre-sintering the granulated raw material under inert atmosphere at 1300-1375 deg. Celsius. The sintering agent comprises yttrium, aluminum, and one or more of alkaline earth metals. 2-5 wt% of the sintering agent is included based on complete nitration of the silicon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
