PURPOSE: A microwave switch, an attenuator, and a digital circuit for phase shift are provided to reduce the size, weight, and manufacturing costs of a system by using a GaAs(Gallium Arsenide) compound semiconductor process.;CONSTITUTION: TTL(Transitor-Transistor Logic) level input signals for the control of a microwave switch, an attenuator, and a phase shifter are inputted through an input resistance(100). A voltage dropping part(200) can be composed of a plurality of diodes which are serially connected to the input resistance. The voltage dropping part drops the voltage of the TTL level input signal inputted through the input resistance. A first control signal output part(300) outputs a first output control signal having a voltage level to control the microwave switch manufactured by a GaAs compound semiconductor process based on the voltage level provided from the voltage dropping part. A second control signal output part(400) outputs a second output control signal by reversing signals outputted from a first unbuffered inverter(330) of the first control signal output part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
