PURPOSE: A mobile social insurance management system using an electronic data interchanging method and a method thereof are provided to synthetically perform common tasks of plural employees. CONSTITUTION: A social insurance management server(200) makes a social insurance bill based on authentication information and user information of a user. The social insurance management server converts the social insurance bill into an EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) format. An EDI relay server(300) transmits the converted social insurance bill to a social insurance operation server(400). The EDI relay server transmits a processing result of the social insurance operation server to the social insurance management server. A user terminal(100) displays the processing result converted in the social insurance management server on a screen.
