摘要

PURPOSE: An elastic nonwoven fabric composite is provided to maintain flexibility of the non woven textile by excluding a necking process of the non woven textile.;CONSTITUTION: An elastic nonwoven fabric composite comprises stripe non-woven fabrics(100), elastic films(150), and ventilation holes(210) and tube form adhesive parts(220). The stripe non-woven fabric piles up at both sides of the elastic film. The stripe non woven fabric piles up the non-woven fiber in a machinery direction in order to embed the elasticity in a width direction of a web. The stripe non-woven fabric is a non woven fabric. The elastic film is inserted between the upper and lower stripe non-woven fabrics in a sandwich form. The ventilation hole punches the lamination material by using a dot embo roll of an ultrasonic adherer. In the lamination material, the elastic film is inserted between the top and bottom stripe non-woven fabrics. The tube form adhesive part is induced inside the ventilation holes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
