PURPOSE: A broadband comprehensive health managing system using an IT(information technology) communication equipment and a ubiquitous networked independent professional site is provided to check requirements related to safety by using a measuring device in the communication equipment connected with the ubiquitous networked independent professional site. CONSTITUTION: An operator server(440) provides a preferred independent professional site(700) to a first IT communication equipment(200-1) and a second IT communication equipment(200-2). A secure authorization code confirming system is installed in the second IT communication equipment. The secure authorization code confirming system authenticates the second IT communication equipment. Safety/health information providing units(410,440) manage safety for authenticated users through the preferred independent professional site according to each user.
