PURPOSE: An optimum processor logic and a method thereof which applies an overload cause in a distributed control system are provided to allow each segment to optimally deduct CPU(Central Processing Unit) usability and memory usability. CONSTITUTION: A first segment group(410) includes a plurality of segments. A plurality of the segments includes a first function logic and a first state recognition logic. The first state recognition logic determines an operation state of the first function logic. The first state recognition logic collects information about usability of a CPU. A first summation processing unit(430) communicates each segment of the first segment group. The first summation processing unit collects the information about the memory usability of the CPU.
