PURPOSE: A device for inspecting the performance of a pilot operated check valve is provided to directly inspect an internal leakage, an operation state, the malfunction causes, and etc. of a pilot operated check valve being installed in a main steam isolation valve. CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting the performance of a pilot operated check valve comprises an inspection block unit(2), an accumulator(12), and a leakage determining unit. The inspection block unit inspects an operation state of a pilot operated check valve under the same condition with an operation condition of a main steam isolation valve. The accumulator charges nitrogen at an initial constant pressure by pressing the inside of a hydraulic circuit up to a preset inspection pressure with an air driving type oil hydraulic pump being installed in the inspection block unit. The leakage determining unit pressurizes a flow path passing through a needle valve and a 4-way manifold to the inside of a cylinder through a pilot flow path of the pilot operated check valve with a solenoid valve while maintaining a balanced pressure with the accumulator, thereby deciding whether the pressurized inspection pressure is leaked or not.
