PURPOSE: An method for distributing a business application and content for a mobile device using an application store and a wireless AP and a system thereof are provided to automatically search and notify an application and content of an application store corresponding to an IP address of an accessed address, thereby enabling a user to install the application without special search works. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal searches a neighboring AP(S12). The mobile terminal obtains an IP address of the searched AP(S13). The mobile terminal transmits a request including at least one IP address to an application store server(S14). The mobile terminal receives content from the application store server. The mobile terminal transmits the IP address to the application store server after the mobile terminal obtains an IP address about the closest AP when the mobile terminal searches the neighboring AP.
