PREPARATION METHOD FOR CROSSLINKED POLY(VINYLBENZYL SULFONYL ACID)-GRAFTED FLUOROPOLYMER MEMBRANES HAVING IMPROVED CHEMICAL STABILITY BY SIMULTANEOUS RADIATION AND FLUOROPOLYMER MEMBRANES THEREBY
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a crosslinked fluorine polymer membrane using simultaneous irradiation method is provided to control graft ratio of a fluorine polymer membrane according to irradiation amount, and to provide a fluorine polymer membrane with improved chemical and mechanical stability by a crosslinking agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a crosslinked fluorine polymer membrane using simultaneous irradiation method comprises: a step of manufacturing a mixed solution of polyvinyl chloride benzyl monomer / cross-linking agent by dissolving vinylbenzyl chloride monomer and a crosslinking agent into solvent; a step of adding a fluorine based polymer membrane into the mixed solution, and manufacturing a fluorinated polymer layer by using simultaneous irradiation method; and a step of manufacturing a polyvinyl benzyl sulfonic acid-grafted fluorine polymer membrane through sulfonation of the grafted fluorine polymer membrane by the polyvinyl benzyl chloride.
