PURPOSE: A prefabricated boundary block and a construction method thereof are provided to reuse damaged existing boundary blocks by separating a boundary block into a lower body and an upper body for costs reduction by replacing the upper body easily damaged only.;CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated boundary block(100) comprises a lower body(20), an upper body(40), and a coupling member. The lower body comprises a lower through hole and forms the lower portion of the boundary block. The upper body forms the upper portion of the boundary block and comprises an upper through hole. The upper body is installed on the top of the lower body.
