PURPOSE: A method for promoting differentiation of embryonic stem cells into neuronal precursor cells is provided to enhance cell survival rate and differentiation efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A method for promoting differentiatioin of embryonic stem cells into neuronal precursor cells comprise a step of introducing Bax inhibitor-1 gene to embryonic stem cells and expressing the Bax inhibitor-1 in the embryonic stem cells. The Bax inhibitor-1 has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The Bax inhibitor-1 gene has a base of sequence number 2. A composition for promoting differentiation of the embryonic stem cells into neuronal precursor cells contains the Bax inhibitor-1 as an active ingredient.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
